Terms of Use

By using NumHalo (www.numhalo.com) you agree to these terms. NumHalo is run by Nguyen Van Quang, a sole trader based in Hai Phong, Viet Nam ("we" in these terms). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

NumHalo calculates numerology numbers from your name and birth date using the rules published on our How we calculate page, and provides written interpretations. Numerology is a system of conventions for self-reflection. It is not science and does not predict the future with certainty. Nothing on NumHalo replaces professional advice: medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational or any other. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be 16 or older. You keep your Google account secure and are responsible for activity on your NumHalo account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms and will tell you why by email.

Information you enter, including about other people

You confirm that the information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to use it. For child reports, only a parent or guardian may enter the details of a child under 16. For couple reports, only enter the details of someone who has agreed. Reports are prepared from exactly what you enter; a wrong name or birth date gives a wrong result and is not a fault of the service.

Products and prices

The price is shown on the product page before you pay: in USD on the English site and in VND on the Vietnamese site. For USD orders, Gumroad may add tax (such as VAT) based on where you live and shows the final amount before you pay. Prices may change, but never for an order you have already paid. Each report is prepared for the person (and second person, if any) named in the order; a Year Ahead report covers the year named on the product. Reports are digital content, generated automatically and unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed.

Payment

  • USD: paid through Gumroad. Gumroad processes your card, sends your receipt and applies its own terms to the payment. Your order unlocks automatically when Gumroad confirms payment.
  • VND: bank transfer via a VietQR code with the order code as reference. The order unlocks once we confirm receipt. Unpaid orders expire after 24 hours.

Receiving and using your report

Reports you buy are under My reports (in the Account menu), can be reopened at any time while your account is active, and can be printed or saved as PDF. A report is for your personal use or as a gift to the person named in it; do not resell it or republish all or most of its content. If NumHalo ever shuts down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can save your reports as PDF.

Refunds

  • Full refund within 7 days of payment if you are not happy, no reason needed. Each customer can use this guarantee once.
  • After 7 days we still refund when the fault is ours: you were charged twice, or you paid but cannot open your report and we cannot fix it.
  • Consumers in the EU, EEA and United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason, and get a full refund as described below. The once-only limit does not apply to this right.
  • How to ask: email the address at the bottom of this page from the address you sign in with and include your order code. USD orders are refunded through Gumroad to the card you used; VND orders are refunded by bank transfer within 7 business days to an account you give us.
  • When an order is fully refunded, or if you file a chargeback with your bank, its report is closed and can no longer be opened. After a partial refund the report stays available.
  • Nothing in these terms reduces the consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

Ownership

The interpretations, interface, design and code of NumHalo belong to NumHalo. The numbers calculated for you and your reports are yours to use as described above. Short quotes with credit to NumHalo are welcome.

What you must not do

Do not scrape content in bulk, attack or probe the system without permission, exploit payment errors, pretend to be NumHalo, or use the service to harass, defraud or break the law.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep the site running smoothly but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, NumHalo is not liable for indirect loss arising from relying on the interpretations, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top and announce important changes on the site. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version. Paid orders remain under the terms in force when you bought.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer in another country, you still benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the place where you live. We will first try to resolve any dispute by email; failing that, disputes go to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
